    Ajitama Classic Ramen at The Ramen Butcher (Chinatown)

    Rich, creamy pork broth. Good flavour without being too heavy. Thin handmade noodles with a slight firmness to them. Lightly seared chashu with buttery fat and tender meat. Solid, well-balanced toppings. The egg yolk was a tad dry.
